What to Expect from Our Service?
Our service is best suited for almost ready releases. When the project is almost done or you feel it is done, but you need to be certain that it plays on the highest level. That's when we start our work. We will review your mix and tell you what we think of it. Our work is to listen to the provided material and give an overall estimation on how well you have coped with the lyrics, vocals, composition and accompaniment. Surely many other things are evaluated as well, though our main task is to tell how your track feels. If we believe it is good, you can be more certain that it will be a good fit for your listeners as well. Contrary, if we will go ahead with a negative review, you will have a clear path on how to improve your future masterpiece. We are not almighty though, sometimes we will not be able to provide you with valuable feedback. In this case, as we state it in our Terms & Conditions, you will have your money back. For now on try our Free Mix Consultation and our experts will show off their work to you. If you like it, you will be able to use our service again.

Second Opinion
This service is by no means a replacement of your work with the producer, mixing and mastering engineers. We are only aimed to provide an evaluation of their work.

Our professional team of experienced musical critiques is ready to conduct an extensive review of your project and provide detailed responses on how successful you are with the production.
Our Technique
We review your mix on different devices (monitors and headphones) to make sure it sounds well on any of them. The review is done by different specialists with their opinion combined.
Service Guarantee
You will be billed only if we find that we can be of real help with your project or if our team will feel that your song is just perfect and no adjustments are to be made (that also happens).
Playlist Pitching
If your project aligns with our editorial guidelines, we will be glad to include it to one of our Spotify playlists. This service will be provided free of charge, but it is a subject for availability.

Primary Partner
Nataly Kedun is Andrew's mother and partner. She helps him with submitted tracks and offers "second opinion" along with the detailed feedback. She has a wide experience in a number of genres, but mostly likes to work on Americana, Country, Pop, Rock & Soul compositions.
Nataly is also a certified book-keeper with plenty of years in experience. Her clients value her for an attention to the details, ability to carry on a heavy workload and unique kindness and a pleasant ringing voice on the phone :))

Founder & Partner
Andrew Kedun is a music critique, singer-songwriter and entertainer from Ukraine. During his career of a music critique he has reviewed over 2000 of songs of different genres. He is most experienced in Adult Contemporary, Commercial, Contemporary R&B, Indie Pop, Indie Rock, Pop Rock, Singer Songwriter & Soft Rock.
Andrew has written a number of songs himself and he is not a newcomer in the business. On February 23, 2025 his first single was released ("I'll Give a Love to You Tonight"). During the 2025 he released another four singles and several more will come early in 2026. Can't wait to see his new work!
SERG KEDUN
Mentor & Release Stategist
Sergii Kedun an old-school rock piano player and a composer. He started his music career in 1972 as a school band member. Then, he played keys in the Zhytomyr Polytech Institute band. During Ukraine's state building time, he developed his own business mostly engaged in radio and security systems, and technologies.
After retirement, he decided to join and help Andrew with his musical projects. He is mostly engaged in composing and making arrangments. Sergii has crafted music for most of Andrew's releases and provides professional advice on submitted tracks. Thank you, father for your kind support and opinions!

To receive your free consultation, please out the Mix Consultation form located on our website and wait for a response from our support team. Once your request is received, we will follow up in the shortest time possible and our team will start working on your project.
2. How Often Can I Use Your Free Consultation Service?
We provide a free consultation once so that you can try our services. However, this is a one-time offer and it can not be used more than once. However, we recommend that you check the newsletters you will receive from our team. They will often include discounts and available promotions. This way you can save and use our service for less.
3. How Much Does Paid Consultation Cost?
If you have already taken advantage of our free consultation, the next consultation will be available for $19.
4. What Input Can I Receive from You After the Consultation?
Our consultation will include a comprehensive review of your project and suggestions for its improvement. The consultation is provided in writing and will be sent to your email address.
5. When Will I Receive My Ordered Consultation?
Our maximum time frame for reviewing your project is 7 days. Even though we will try to give it a shot in the shortest time possible, it may happen that we will need an additional time. That may happen when we will have to listen to the track a few times, or may need to take a break for a few days to form a more detailed response. Such breaks (for a few days) usually help to get a "fresh" look.
6. What Payment Methods Can I Use?
Our payment provider accepts the most popular payment methods: Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay and Google Pay services.
7. Will I Be Able to Get My Money Back?
You can always get your money back if work on your project has not yet started (i.e. our team has not started listening to your song). However, if we have spent time checking your song, then unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
8. Will You Issue Refund If the Service Will Not Be Provided?
Yes, of course. If our team is unable to provide you with advice on how to improve your track, we will refund the funds paid back to your account.
9. What Happens If My Song Does Not Need Any Changes?
If our specialists decide that your song does not need any corrections to be made and can be published in the current state, then in this case we will inform you about such good news first, but then we will still be forced to charge you for checking your work. Also, we will be happy to consider the possibility of placing your project in one of our playlists on Spotify.
10. Will You Be Able to Provide Professional Advice?
Our team will do everything possible to carefully listen to your track and provide professional advice on the quality of the submitted material. We are always ready and glad to help you, but in case we cannot give you advice that will improve your work, we will issue a refund on the payment you've submitted.
11. How to Reach Your Customer Service?
The best ways to contact our support team are our email address - support@songreview.org, and the support form located on the website. We will happily answer your questions, and will try to respond as quickly as possible. Please note that we work from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a day off. So, if your question is submitted after 1:00 PM on Saturday, please expect a response on Monday.
